From the moment I arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring journey, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite my late check-in, they were welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the centrally heated room with its cozy carpeted floor was a delight, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere after being out in the cold. the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the complimentary Chai tea available nearby, truly exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed by the convenient location, with various dining options just a short walk away, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and welcoming experience during their travels.
